Greeting's friends!
I'm afraid this isn't going to be a very long post for I am still finalizing my exam period (just 2 more and 1 project left to finish!) but, I still have a little time to participate in this sweet lovey dovey blog hop and give away a $5 Amazon.com Gift Certificate.
So, what must you do to win this little prize? It's quite simple, just leave a comment with your name and email at the bottom, telling me what it is you like best or worst about Saint Valentine's.
Personally, I'm not much of a fan of the holiday. Love can and should be expressed all year round! Setting up a date for it does not give people an excuse to neglect their significant others throughout the year. However, it is always nice to get a little something on Valentine's just for the fun of it... but it's also nice to recieve gifts any other day of the year!
What are your thoughts?
I'm off to more studying! :(
The contest runs from February 11th to February 14th. I'll announce the winner on February 15th. And of course, don't forget to visit: http://thebloghopspot.com/event-page/
Another 262 different authors are hosting more contests! You could win anything! Keep on hopping and spreading the love.
Cheers,
Elyzabeth M. Valey
Hope you have a naughty Valentine's Day.

Happy valentine's Day ;) Thanks for the giveaway! I have to agree with you that this is just a commercial holiday! I am much happier when DH send me flowers for no reason on a random day :)

I love being in love. I'm married to a wonderful man who makes me feel special every day, but Valentine's is so much sweeter now that I have someone to share it with.

Thanks for being part of the blog hop!!
ReplyDeleteWe celebrate Valentine's day on the 15th. It has become a competition between me and my hubby. With everything on sale, we see who can get the best deal on a gift (He knows I LOVE chocolates). The winner gets to choose the evening's "entertainment." I lose alot...*wink wink*.

Im not a big fan of valentines. Its a commercial themed holiday that were told to celebrate our love on. I hate that. We have our anniversaries and special days. Valentines, to me, is kinda cold. Your buying a persons love. Thats not right. Thank you sharing and for the great giveaway! Happy Valentines!
