Elyzabeth, you made blush! :D I’m the one who
should be excited you have me again!
Ooooh, I made her blush! But probably not as much as her characters...no?

Evan Foster is left with nothing after his father screwed up their family company. Evan's father ended up in jail, his mother in a mental institution, and they lost all their possession to the bank. Evan dropped out of college and he still has to pay for his mother's treatment. He has a job at a diner but it isn’t nearly enough.
Brian Donaghue is a millionaire with a multinational company but isn’t lucky in love. When he sees the picture Evan sends in with a resume, he’s immediately interested. But the way he ropes Evan into his company is far from conventional. Brian makes Evan an offer he can’t refuse.
Or can he?

Your new novel is titled Ya Like That? Insinuating to say the least. What can you tell us about it that
doesn’t appear on the blurb?
Thank you again! Well, about my
new story, Ya Like That?—there is a
word cut out of that title because otherwise the story wouldn’t be accepted by
retailers like Amazon. Wants to know what that word is? You have to read the
story first. :D
Did you have to do any research for this
particular piece?
This story was born from unintended research…
Ahem. If you call that research, you
know what I mean? *giggles* Yeah, I got that title, especially, from a
particular picture. So the story plot, characters, etc. came after I got the
title.
Your characters are drowning and you can only
save one. Who and why?
Certainly Evan. He’s got through so much
already. He doesn’t have to suffer more.
What’s a day like in the life of Iyana Jenna?
Busy, busy, busy. From one deadline to another.
I’m not only talking about my day job. I’d just finished a series of blog posts
for my next release and I already had to finish translating a paper. Now I
don’t know how to complete the tests I have to write, discuss them with a
friend, and review them all before this Wednesday. *massages temple*
You teach and write English course books, have
you ever written a story that involves a teacher? Would you like to?
I have. :) Two of them. One is not a pure
teacher. It’s about a writer who has to do some research and for that he has to
tutor a dyslexic student. Another story is about a math teacher. This story is
also a shifter story. Hee.
What are you working on next?
I’m still struggling to finish a story that touches a little on the horror side. My other deadlines really distracted me to finish it. I think I need to set a deadline for this one, too.

Summer Loving…
Summer
is here! What’s your best summer memory?
I’m
sorry but no summer holiday for me as we have hot weather almost the entire
year. :)
Any
recommendations to stave off this heat?
You
mean a kind of drink? How about my favorite lemon squash with soda in ice? :D
Favorite summer destination?
I don’t really have summer holiday but if I’d
recommend the beaches on this island, Lombok, in my country. They’re heavenly!

It's always a pleasure to have you, Iyana!

About Iyana:
Iyana lives in Jakarta, a city famous for its traffic jams, a lot of cars and motorcycles, and people selling stuff on the roads. You can spend two hours on the road going to a place you can reach in half an hour in a normal situation. Thanks to the traffic jams, though, Iyana can come up with a lot of stories, mostly shorties, as she prefers to spend the time during her trips writing into her cell phone rather than sleeping.
Another thing Iyana loves is kitties. Right now she has five of them. Their names are Larva, Nyil, Cil, Betsy, and Horus. When she doesn’t write, she plays with them, or they would play with her when she writes.

Evan’s heart constricted looking at the huge manor
standing before him. It reminded him of his family’s former house although that
wasn’t as big as this. He shook off the mental picture and strode to the
security post, another thing different from his family’s home.
“Hi. I’m Evan Foster. I have an appointment with Mr. Donaghue.” The security guy looked him up and down, making him squirm.
“Can I have your driver’s license?”
Evan gave the man his driver’s license and got a visitor’s card in return.
“Thanks.” He turned toward the house.
“Wait. There’s a message for you.”
“Huh?” Evan
