T'n'T's Confidential: Angelina Rain

Please welcome author Angelina Rain and her latest release His Guardian Witch to T'n'T's Confidential!

Is love stronger than magic?

Morgan has never encountered a spell she couldn’t cast or a curse she couldn’t break. With her natural knack for witchcraft, she runs a magic store that helps others. When a handsome but cursed man walks into her store, she is pit against magic stronger than her own.

Daniel lived an ordinary life before he ended up on a witch’s bad side and was jinxed with non-stop bad luck. Out of sheer desperation he visits Morgan’s Magic Shop. Morgan agrees to help him and they must work together to find the witch and pinpoint the hex she used in order to undo it. As they search, feelings ignite and a romance blossoms. Will this bad luck spell end their love, or will their love be strong enough to break the incantation?

Be Warned: sex toys

Excerpt:

Morgan opened her eyes and watched as the glittering aura lights danced before her. They reached the window and passed through the glass on the way to the girl. Once all the lights were gone, she glanced at Daniel. A big smile crossed his handsome face, but her attention went below it. A rock rose inside his pants, large and long. She gulped, and the need to see it minus his jeans suddenly grew too strong.

No, she shouldn't look. Instead she closed her eyes and tried to conjure up more peaceful images of nature and sunlight. Those images didn't come though. Instead, she saw her silky bedroom sheets.

Her body lay on those sheets, writhing in passion as her legs spread open and in the air. Daniel's head bobbed between her thighs, and his tongue lapped at her warm, natural juices.

She gulped, gasped, and opened her eyes.

His lustful gaze met hers. Lust that matched her own and her heart pulsed fast inside her chest. Her center grew damp, and she longed for his touch.

"I think your thoughts were similar to mine."

She didn't reply to Daniel's statement. Instead, Morgan tried to stand. Her knees grew weak as she rose to her feet.

Daniel stood, too. "You can't deny you were thinking about it, too."

"I wasn't denying anything."

He crossed to her and wrapped his arms around her back. Warmth filtered through her, and Morgan felt herself blush. When he spoke, his breath tickled her skin. "I was thinking about how good it would be to lay you down in my bed."

"You don't have a bed. It was stolen."

His chuckling made her wetter. There was something so sexy about his voice. "The floor, then." Daniel pulled her closer to himself until she rubbed against him. His hard cock pressed into her navel, and she tilted her head upward to meet his gaze. His lips brushed hers. The kiss started tender and slow. She opened her mouth to invite him inside.

She lay on the floor, his body pressing into hers. His hands touched her sides, slipping under her shirt. His lips left hers and instead kissed her neck. He found her breasts, rubbing his palms over her nipples. Only the thin lace of her bra separated her flesh from his.

Morgan moaned. The need inside her multiplied, and she wanted to touch him, feel him, taste him. She flipped him over until she was on top and he on the bottom. She raked her fingertips over his chest and abs, feeling the hard muscle beneath the black t-shirt. But feeling and seeing were two different things, and she wanted to see. Taking the hem of his shirt, she raised it until his smooth and taut skin lay open for her to feast on. She ran her tongue over the ridges of his six-pack.

Daniel inhaled sharply, and she smiled as she kissed him right below the belly button. Morgan glanced at the trail of hair leading to somewhere below his pants. She undid the button, her hands on the zipper.

"Is this supposed to happen?"

She tried to glance at his face, but who was she kidding? The hardness in his pants was more appealing. "You mean the hard-on. It means you're excited. It's totally natural."

Morgan met his eye, and he shook his head. His gaze moved somewhere beside and beyond her. "No, I mean is the candle supposed to fly?"

"Shit!" Morgan pushed away from Daniel. She watched, bewildered, as black and dark blue winds danced around the room. The candle was high off the floor.

"I'm guessing something is wrong."

"Very wrong."

The flame didn't go out despite the sudden winds in the room. It rose, high and strong and fierce. Then the wind died quickly. The candle dropped to the floor. Flames danced over the hardwood planks. The fire happened too quickly to be natural. Some sort of magical force was behind it.

"Come on, we have to go!" She urged him by pulling his arm until he stood and ran behind her. Once they were outside, her fingers fumbled with the buttons on her phone as she dialed 911. Daniel stood beside her. His face was white, whiter than the nice tan he had all day. "What…" He stuttered. "What just happened?"

"The spell didn't work. Peace and forgiveness didn't get to her. Something repelled them, and her anger came at us, manifesting itself as the wind. This spell is stronger than I first thought. Something or someone is controlling it."

T'n'T's Confidential: Lorraine Nelson

Happy Tuesday, lovelies! Today I have with me author Lorraine Nelson and her latest release from the Thunder Creek Ranch Series, Cameron's Quest.

Cameron Manning has never forgotten his first love. Of Irish descent, he met red-haired, fiery tempered Lacey Kerrigan in England, but her family returns to Ireland unexpectedly and they haven’t any means of contact. He finds her and receives the surprise of his life.

Lacey is thrilled to see Cameron, but is afraid of being hurt again. She keeps her distance and rebuffs his advances while he’s in Ireland, certain that a long distance affair will never work. But when tickets arrive for her to visit his home in Canada, she realizes his love is true and is willing to give them a second chance.

Fate intervenes when they find a murdered man on Cameron’s back deck. All evidence points to Cameron as the killer. Can their reawakened love survive the stress of a murder investigation? Or will it be the catalyst that drives them apart forever?

Available at:

How about an Excerpt?
Cameron had been a randy youth of twenty-five when he left the ranch to go backpacking around the world. His tour began by hiking across Canada to the east coast, stopping whenever and wherever the mood struck. From Halifax, he’d flown across the Atlantic to England, and it was there he’d met the love of his life, although he hadn’t known it at the time.
Lacey Kerrigan was a beauty! All luscious curves and a fiery redhead to boot. She’d been nineteen and on vacation with her family. He’d literally bumped into her while at Buckingham Palace to witness the Changing of the Guard. From then on, they were virtually inseparable. He and Lacey had managed to sneak away privately several times for lusty moments of true bliss.
Their tryst ended two weeks later when her family returned home to Ireland without any warning. They hadn’t exchanged addresses, phone numbers, nothing. He’d been devastated, but in the way of youth, he pulled up stakes and continued his tour.
Oh, to be young again! To go on his way with not a care in the world. No regrets. No responsibilities.
Except he couldn’t escape the memory of her. Lacey’s lovely features had remained with him throughout the years since, haunting the hours whether awake or asleep. He’d never found anyone to take her place, and he’d finally come to realize that no one could.
So he’d left last spring after the branding of new stock was finished, determined to find her. If he’d known she owned and operated her own business, that search would’ve been a lot easier. He could’ve Googled her name and gotten all the details, but he hadn’t even thought of that. No, he’d just gone off and located her the hard way.
Did she appreciate it? Not hardly.
She hadn’t given an inch in all the time he’d been there, determined to stay independent, no matter how hard he’d tried to resume their relationship.
Would she accept his invitation? Or was he doomed to be disappointed again?
Cam thought about moving to Ireland, but he was Canadian—a cowboy. All he knew was ranching.

T'n'T's Confidential: Siobhan Muir

Happy Tuesday and welcome to today's T'n'T post! I've got author Siobhan Muir under the spotlight with her latest release, free read, A Hell Hound's Fire. Read ahead to learn more about this paranormal story and the author behind it!

Love can be found in the most unlikely places, even the heart of a Hell Hound.

Alex MacLaren figures he'll never find love again after his mate dies. As one of the rare Hell Hound werewolves, his chances are slim to none. And slim went home. When the local Morukai shaman calls on him to protect a lovely Irish werewolf and her young son from demons, he can't help but take the job.

Sarah Flanagan is desperate to save her son Liam from the deadly monster trailing them, but she's out of options and places to hide. She lost her mate the last time she encountered a demon, and with Liam depending on her, the stakes are far higher this time. After meeting Alex, she's not sure about the Hell Hound, but she’s no fool. He’s their best hope for survival... and hers for another chance at love.

Welcome to In A Dream Beyond, Siobhan!

Thank you so much for having me, Elyzabeth. :)

Tell us about your recent release A Hell Hound’s Fire

A Hell Hound's Fire is a story about love and redemption for both Alex MacLaren (the Hell Hound) and Sarah Flanagan, a normal werewolf. Sarah's on the run from demons hunting her son, and Alex is trying to make it through the painful anniversary of his first mate's death. Sarah also lost her mate, so this tale is their second chance at finding love and peace. I wrote this to be an introduction to my style of storytelling, which I brand as kick-ass adventure with hot sex for men and women to enjoy. :)

This free read is the introduction to your Cloudburst Colorado Series; tell us a bit about the series:

The backstory to this series is about the old Roanoke colony disappearing in the 1600s from the east coast. What happened to those people? So I decided they'd trekked inland and three families made it to this little valley in what are now the Rocky Mountains. They got plenty of rain that first year so they called the town Cloudburst, where storms just show up, drop their load, and disappear. They turned to the Goddess for help with the understanding that they would treat all peoples (natives, odd critters, and special humans) with honor and respect. In return, the Goddess (the main deity in my world) blesses these three families to have endowed children (no not sexually, lol) with abilities beyond the normal human. You'll especially see these kids in the third story, The Cloudburst Coffee and Spa. Because of these blessed children, it attracts a Morukai (shaman to the Goddess) and all sorts of other creatures, like a Hell Hound and an incubus. ;)

What was the inspiration for this story?

This story started as a dream and had a black Pegasus in it. In fact there was a whole herd (flock?) of them being hunted down by demons. But that didn't seem to make much sense with the other characters starring in the dream. So I deleted the pegasi and made Alex a little more special than he'd been originally.

Have you had to do any research for A Hell Hound’s Fire? What was it like?

To be honest, I didn't have to do a lot of research. This is my world so I make up the rules and can do pretty much whatever I want. But getting a feel for "jack-of-all-trades" guys like Alex and the police lieutenant takes reading stories with the suspense element and watching police drama shows to get a feel for how they come across really helps. The biggest task I had was to make fantastic creatures appear plausible and "ordinary" enough for the reader to believe.

What’s your writing process like?

Coffee and quiet. LOL Actually, I get up and get my kids ready for the day. Then I get three hours to focus on writing and I have to use every minute because when the kindergartener gets home at noon, all bets are off in terms of writing. Turning of social media after taking an hour to promote is important because I really do need quiet. I generally don't listen to music when I write because I'm listening to the voices in my head telling me where the story is going.

What are you currently working on and what can we expect from you in the near future?

At the end of April, my newest novel Not a Dragon's Standard Virgin will be out from Siren Publishing, and then The Beltane Witch should be coming out in July-ish. The Beltane Witch takes place in Cloudburst, Colorado, the same town as A Hell Hound's Fire, my current release. This is a short story free on Smashwords that introduces Cloudburst and the series of stories set there. Toward the end of this year I hope to have another story out entitled Take the Reins¸ which is part of the Gateway Chronicles series I'm writing with Cara Michaels, and it will be the story I'm highlighting at Hot Mojave Knights Romance Reader Event in October.

A little about the author…

Favorite...
Food: Pumpkin bread
Drink: Alcoholic – chocolate wine. Non-alcoholic – coffee
Color: Burgandy
Animal: Coyote
Day or night? To write? Morning. For playing and cuddling? Evening.
Sour or sweet? My personality? LOL okay, okay, sweet tastes.
Summer or winter? Neither. I'm a huge fan of spring for the flowers and autumn for the cooling temperatures and falling leaves. One of my favorite smells of all time is "October". Leaves baking in the sun, cool fresh mornings. *happy sigh*

Thank you, SIobhan!
