When the heroes have reputations like these, who needs a villain?

Blurb:

Have you ever read a fairy tale and wondered why the goody two-shoe Princes and Princesses were always the ones who got their happy endings? Pandora is a Fairy Godmother who’s never fit in with her own people. Only she has the power…and the attitude, to step in and help those who others have decided aren’t worthy of a happy ending. How hard could it be to manipulate some of the most feared beings in their world? Viktor has spent his entire un-dead life being the bogey man to the paranormal community and that’s the way he wants to keep it....with everyone else far away from him. When the opportunity arises to take his revenge on his nemesis, he can’t resist—even if it means risking his reputation and rescuing the damsel in distress. Halle never expected to find herself in need of a savior, especially one with a reputation like Viktor’s. But she’s used to listening to her instincts and her cat trusts the strange woman who pops up and claims to have some solutions. If a girl can’t trust her own Fairy Godmother, then what is this world coming to?

Excerpt: “I mean you no harm, lady. You can go. I’m only here for what’s in the car,” he said slowly walking towards her. She was a cute little thing, all soft curves with golden skin and hair. “Ummm, yeah, about that … I’m what’s in the car, Mr. Krescech. You have to take me with you out of here,” she said almost nervously, those big green eyes pleading with him. Clearly, she was also insane. What was with the women he was running into this week? Viktor had had more than his fair share of groupies throwing themselves at him in the bars, wanting to take a walk on the wild side for a few hours, but this wholesome little beauty certainly didn’t look like the type, so he had no idea exactly what she was asking him for. “I don’t think so,” he said, moving past her towards the open back door to search the car. “Seriously, there’s nothing else in the car. They were taking me from my family and my pard to be married to Conrad. I have to go with you to get away from him,” she continued, putting her tiny little hands on her very curvy hips in a way that distracted him far more than it should have. Interesting, so this little number was a leopard shifter? Viktor hadn’t really had any interaction with the pard in this country, but by reputation, they were a good lot. Why on Earth would she agree to marry Conrad? “I don’t rescue damsels in distress. I eat them,” he said with a flash of fang. “So run along, little kitten.” The tiny spitfire threw her hands dramatically up in the air and sighed loudly. “You just saved me from a life of baby-making slavery. Aren’t you supposed to whisk me away to your super-secret villain lair and ravish me? Sheesh, where’s your follow-through?” Viktor just stood there and stared at her for a moment. He didn’t know whether to laugh at her ridiculous statement or take her up on her offer and bend her over right here on the trunk of Conrad’s car. He was extremely turned on by the fact that she didn’t seem the least bit afraid of him. He’d always tried to pretend that his reputation in the paranormal community pleased him, that it helped him by keeping the rabble away. But deep down it bothered him that everyone always thought the worst of him. His honor was just yet another thing that Melisandre and Conrad had stolen from him when they took his mortality. “Don’t you know who I am, woman?” he finally said as she just stood there looking at him expectantly. “Yes, I know who you are. Who else is capable of keeping me out of Conrad’s douchy hands?” she said sounding a little impatient. “Don’t you have a family you can go to?” he asked, still wondering why he was even standing here talking to her. Well, that wasn’t entirely true. Once she’d said the word “slavery” he knew he couldn’t leave her to Conrad’s tender mercies. Viktor knew more about slavery than he ever wanted to, and no being should ever be held against their will. That and he had seen firsthand what Conrad enjoyed doing to women. It still sickened him to think back to the horrors he’d had to witness as Melisandre’s pet. “If I go back to my family they’d just have to hand me right back over to him again. My pard owes him a blood debt, and I am the payment. I need this to look like Conrad’s men lost me in the confrontation with you. This needs to be his fault, as otherwise, it will start a war between my family and his coven,” she said, stepping ever closer. She stood so close now that Viktor could smell the strawberry and coconut scent of her shampoo. Good Gods, she smells good enough to eat. “Why would you think that I should care whether or not this starts a war for your people? I will not be fighting in it,” he answered, trying to sound like he didn’t care one way or another. “Because I think that you hate Conrad just as much, if not more than I do, and there’s nothing he wants more than to possess me,” she answered quietly, her huge green eyes staring right into his grey ones. She was right of course. There was no one on this Earth that he hated as much as he hated Conrad. That’s what he told himself anyway when he ultimately decided he would take the girl with him—whether it was the whole truth about his motivations or not. “First, tell me how your pard was thoughtless enough to enter into a blood debt with a killer like Conrad?” “It’s not like we had any choice. My father was jumped one night by a bunch of rogues, and Conrad just happened to be there to offer his assistance … for a price.” The venom in her voice clearly stated that she suspected they’d been set up. The rogues were most likely paid to attack by Conrad himself. It was a trick the coward had used over and over again. “Fine,” he said with a sigh. “You can come with me, but just until we find somewhere to stash you that Conrad cannot reach you.” “Thank you!” she said with a squeal just before she reached up and hugged him before he could stop her. “I’m Halle, by the way.” Clearly, his reputation was never going to recover from this if anyone saw him being hugged in the alley, but with her luscious frame leaning against his, smelling so sweet, he had a difficult time finding a reason to care.

Excerpt:

Rae

I’m suddenly not feeling so brave. I try not to fidget, but I can’t help but notice that he’s bare-chested, his
abdominal and pec muscles on glorious display. The hastily pulled on
pants are zipped, but not buttoned and barely hang from his hips. I’m
having trouble meeting his gaze. Hell, I’m having trouble breathing.

“I’m messy, am I?” He begins to stalk me. Moving slowly my way,
he’s smooth and precise like a panther on the hunt. “Sweaty?”
I shrug and take a step back and almost trip over my long
dress and heels.

“Shaky?” He keeps coming, and I keep backing up. My knees
feel weak, and I reach behind me for the wall for support.

“Breathless?” he whispers, still coming.

My back finally hits the wall. There is nowhere else to go.
Alex stands in front of me now, and I feel his heat. I smell his
manliness, and his steamy breath washes over me like the first warm
day of spring.

I swallow. “Don’t forget satisfied.”

His lips hover over mine. “Don’t worry, Sunshine, I’m going
to make your satisfaction my top priority.” His lips hover over mine. “Don’t worry,
Sunshine, I’m going to make your satisfaction my top priority.”

His lips touch mine with a
hunger that leaves us both surprised. He pulls down the strap of my
one shouldered gown, and my breasts pop up like a tart from a toaster
and he growls.

Suddenly we can’t get enough of each other. Our hands are
everywhere. I unzip his pants, and they drop to the floor at his feet. At
the same time he is pulling up my long skirt and ripping off the thin
lacy thong that I wore. He plunges in me, and I cry out, welcoming
the pain. He has me skewered against the wall and he pulls up my legs
and I wrap them around his waist and I lock my ankles.
He touches his forehead against mine. “I’m sorry. I didn’t
mean to hurt you,” he groans, but he never stops pumping into me,
taking me hard and fast. I don’t care that it hurts. I need him, and I let
him know this by giving as good as I am getting. We both cry out
minutes later, so perfectly in sync with each other. I feel his cock
explode inside of me, his cum bouncing off my inner walls.
I gasp with shock. Alex, who never loses control, and never
has unprotected sex, has just forgotten his condom.

#MidWeek Tease: Beauty in the Beast #erotic #naughtyfairytale #power

Happy Wednesday, lovelies!

Today I'm sharing a snippet from Book 5 of The Witches Mischief series, Beauty in the Beast. This is the last book of the series and is is loosely based on Beauty and the Beast.

Beauty in the Beast
(A Naughty Fairy Tale)

The Witches' Mischief Series 5

Picture Light will become shadow. Love will become hate. Good will become evil. The Darkness is here. There will be no escape.

Morgana Wiles has spent her life, alongside her mother, fighting against the arrival of the creature known as The Darkness. Unfortunately, neither of them were able to stop him and now he's here, ready to destroy all that is good in the world. Morgana must face him, but now that the time has come, she finds that things are not as simple. Her mother is gone, self-doubt is creeping in, and her visions are unclear. To make matters worse, a man with evil intent has entered her life and is bent on complicating her mission. Will she be able to resist him in time to fight The Darkness or will she succumb and become that which she despises?

Christopher Bexley is no gentleman. He enjoys trickery, deceit, mischief and above all seduction. Sexual intercourse is the greatest source of power there is or at least there was, until he heard about the Gem. Now that he has discovered there's a stone that can make him the most powerful magic user of all time, he must have it. The only problem is that the only other person that might know where it is, is a stickler for rules and being good. Morgana is too innocent for his liking, and there's only one thing he can do to change that: corrupt her.

The tease...

Christopher pressed his lips to Morgana’s. He had vowed he would stay away from the young woman, but it was impossible to do so when she was so close to him and looked at him with those eyes that spoke innocence and desire. How could he stay away from something so pure? How could he reject another taste of paradise? How could he reject another taste of the power he would feel from a kiss alone?

He needed another taste.

Christopher pulled back and pressed his lips to hers again. Her lips were soft and malleable, pushing back against his, silently requesting more. He pushed harder and slid his hand behind Morgana’s neck, threading his fingers through her hair. A small sound she probably didn’t even recognize came from the back of her throat. Christopher slid his tongue across the bows of her lips, beckoning her to open for him. She did so willingly. He slid his tongue into her warm recess, almost groaning at the velvety feel. He angled her head and plundered her mouth with his tongue.

Her body responded to him. He could sense her agitated heartbeat, hear her tiny moans as he twisted his tongue around hers. Christopher dragged his other hand down to her lap where her hands were still entwined as if now, in the light of day, she were too scared to touch him. He grabbed one and placed it on his arm. Morgana scooted closer. Her hand circled his forearm and she squeezed as if she couldn’t quite believe that he was there.

Christopher needed more. He yearned to feel her body beneath his, moaning, writhing, and whispering his name in the throes of passion. To kiss her softly and savagely. To grab her hair and demand she please him, as he wished to please her. Christopher hungered for her heated flesh against his. He wanted to taste the sweet nectar coming from her body and hear her heart beat a thousand times faster when he was inside her, pushing and shoving.

He undid his cravat and opened his shirt, enough to reveal a glimpse of his flesh. He needed her to touch him, to feel skin on skin and to know that this was real and not a trick. Christopher took her
hand and placed it on his chest. Her fingers flexed against the material of his shirt and then, at a snail’s pace, inched toward his naked skin. He groaned as her fingertips touched him. It was feather-light touch, hesitant, but real.

He knew at that moment that a kiss would never be enough. He had to have her.

#MidWeek Tease: Bear Heart #erotic #naughtyfairytale #bearshifter

Happy Wednesday, lovelies!

Today I'm sharing a snippet from Book 4 of The Witches Mischief series, Bear Heart. This Naughty Fairy Tale is based on the tale of Bear Skin.

Bear Heart
(A Naughty Fairy Tale)

The Witches' Mischief Series 4 more

Picture
By day a bear, by night a man.

Half a century ago Simon Lancaster loved a woman. But when he committed a crime and was seduced by a witch his fate was sealed. Forced to live as a shifter by day and human by night, he becomes hopeless.

He believes there is nothing left in life for him. That is, until he meets Margaret O'Hare. An unconventional woman, Margaret makes him feel whole again, but he doesn't know if he can allow the walls he has erected around his heart to lower, no matter how much he grows to care for her.

As their time together has them becoming closer, he starts to trust and love again. But a happily ever after might not be in Simon's future as dark shadows emerge to destroy what he has built with Margaret.

Available at Evernight / Amazon / Bookstrand / All Romance Ebooks

In this snippet, Simon is in the woods debating whether he should visit Margaret as he'd promised.

“Mr. Lancaster.”

He jumped and veered around.

“Margaret, what are you doing here?” Heat crept up his neck. “I apologize. I thought you’d be resting after your injury yesterday.”

She smiled at him. “The herbs Morgana placed in the water were very helpful. As for what I’m doing here…” Margaret chewed on her bottom lip and looked at him from beneath her lashes. “I was looking for you, Simon.”

“For me?”

“Yes. I was worried you wouldn’t come. Your promise seemed empty yesterday when we said our farewells.”

“You were going to venture into the forest at night to search for me?”

He tucked his thumb beneath her chin, forcing her to look at him. Margaret nodded and blushed. Simon’s heart expanded and doubled its hammering into a joyful tune.

“I would be hard-pressed to stay away from you, Margaret.”

Softly, she placed her hand over his.

“Then let us go inside.”

“Why?”

Margaret’s eyes widened for an instant before she burst out laughing. His insides flipped.

“Why?” she echoed. “When was the last time you were with a woman, Simon?” Her voice dropped seductively as she inched closer, placing her palm on his chest.

“Excuse me?”

Margaret didn’t respond. Instead, she slid her hand up his torso in a caress that, even through his clothes, left him hot and wanton. Her fingers curled around the nape of his neck, pressing slightly and forcing him to lower his head. Standing on her toes, she pressed her lips against his. Blood rushed to his cock at the proximity of her body. Her fragrance filled his nostrils and he had to curl his fists to stop himself from pulling her even closer.

“When was the last time you had a woman in your arms, Simon? When was the last time you felt anything similar to what we feel? I told you last night, your presence does things to me.”

Her warm lips touched his. It wasn’t a kiss. It was like the peck of a bird. An invitation. A tiny taste that invited him to have more. He wanted more.

#MidWeek Tease: Blind Beauty #erotic #naughtyfairytale #malemale

Happy Hump-Day everyone!

Today, I'm sharing a Mid Week Tease from book 2 of The Witches' Mischief series, titled Blind Beauty. This naughty fairy tale is based on The Ugly Duckling and can be read as a stand alone. It is also a male/male romance.

Blind Beauty (A Naughty Fairy Tale)- The Witches' Mischief Series 2

Picture  James Macintosh is hours away from  his new home. He is ready to start a  secluded life away from all the  rumors, insults and disgusted faces  concerning his appearance. However,  a meeting with a mysterious woman  and her child, mingled with a sudden  harsh snowstorm will set him down a  very different path than the one he  had originally envisioned.

Richard Randywine is an accidental fugitive living with a band of rowdy thieves. A good man at heart, he has gotten used to hiding his emotions behind his strapping muscles and brute strength.  Yet, when the thieves ambush an unsuspecting rider, Richard is forced to drop his mask and step forward.

Will both men be able to see what lies before them or will they be blind to the possibility of happiness?

Kindness can be found in the strangest places. In this snippet, James has been kidnapped by a group of outlaws, but one of them decides that he must be hungry...

“I thought, I thought, you’d like something to eat.”

He was breathless. Good God, he was breathless. What was wrong with him? The man blinked, his long dark lashes touching his pale cheek in an intimate caress. Richard swallowed as those blue eyes looked at him again, piecing right through him, searching his heart and soul, exploring him as if he held the key to a riddle.

“I’m bound.”

A shiver ran down his spine at the sound of the decadent voice. The man before him was a contradiction, so dainty in appearance and yet with a voice so dark and rough.

“I’ll feed it to you,” Richard supplied. He wet his lips, feeling the back of his neck burn as those blue eyes dropped to his mouth. “I can’t release your bonds or Pete will kill me.”

The prisoner nodded in understanding. Richard smiled.

“What is your name?” he asked while ladling the spoon with some broth.

The man hesitated, clearly uncertain whether or not he should give out his name.

“James.”

“I’m Richard.”

Richard’s hands trembled slightly as he offered James the food. He couldn’t take his eyes away from his mouth as it opened and received the spoon. Richard’s cock twitched as the prisoner’s lips
dragged over the utensil. Without a word, he fed him another spoonful. James’ lips snagged on them again, soft, red, delicious. He wanted to taste them, to grasp them between his teeth and tug, to nip, caress and love them until they became red as cherries.

“More, please.”

Richard’s cock hardened at James’ request. More. He wanted more too. He wanted James under him, on top of him, all over him. He wanted those lips dragging over his erection just like they trailed
and hitched on the spoon. He started as the spoon clanked against the empty bowl, realizing for the first time that while feeding James, he had done naught but stare at his lips. Richard lifted his eyes to James, worried that the other man would repudiate him. Instead, he met eyes darkened by unspoken passion. His heart skipped a beat and he looked away. Was he imagining it? It didn’t matter … they couldn’t do this. Not now. His mouth dried as he surveyed the men in the cave.

They were all asleep.

#MidWeek Tease: The Golden Cock #erotic #naughtyfairytale

Happy Hump-Day everyone!

Today, I'm mixing things up a bit and instead of the usual Wednesday Brief, I'm sharing a Mid Week Tease. I'll be alternating the two during the month, so don't worry, Jay and Josh's story will continue!

In today's tease I'm going back to book 1 of my Naughty Fairy Tale series, The Witches' Mischief, titled, The Golden Cock.

Picture Kind-hearted Vincent Stowe spent years with an inferiority complex until, one day, after accepting to help an older woman with an odd request he receives a life-changing gift.

“Ice Duchess” Brielle is desperate for a solution to her inability to orgasm, so when word about a man with a magical cock reaches her ears, she decides that he just might be what she needs.

Will Vincent’s "Golden Cock" be enough for the "Ice Duchess", or will something else come to play along the way?

Available at:

In this snippet, Brielle hears about The Golden Cock for the first time...

Brielle looked around the crowded room for her friend and cousin, Gisselle. She spotted her in the distance, speaking with Christabelle, Countess of Mosckat, and another small group of girls.
She made her way across the room, nodding to a few acquaintances. She blushed when Lord Cornewell spotted her and winked. It wasn’t the youthful blush of a young maiden in love, as would be expected of her, but one of utter mortification. She’d taken Frederic to bed the
night before, with the promise that she’d reach the highest heights of pleasure, and yet it had been anther frustrating sexual encounter.

Again, she left the chamber feeling unsatisfied, her cunt dry as a raisin and disappointment coursing through her. Her father would have a fit when she told him that she’d be turning down Lord
Cornewell’s marriage proposal as well.

Sighing, she concentrated on the pack of women speaking in low whispers and giggling. She noticed Gisselle’s flush and smiled. The women were probably speaking about matters of the bedroom.
What her cousin, inexperienced as she was, was doing there was beyond her. As she inched closer, she heard snippets of the conversation.

“Ah, you have no idea … he is a gold mine.” The countess paused, smiling smugly. “Among those that have tried him, he is the Golden Cock. Once you try it, you will never feel the same.”

“Where did you hear about him?”

“Here and there. They say that one of the girls from Grey’s club tried him for a night and couldn’t walk for a week.”

The women laughed, many of them flushing and covering their faces with their adorned fans.

“Of course, I had to find out what all the fuss was about.”

“And?”

“It is marvelous. Thick and long … it reaches every crevice and nook. The man is not only talented with his cock, but his hands and mouth are also magnificent.”

“Good gracious, Countess. By the sounds of it, the skill of this
man could probably melt the Ice Duchess’ frozen pussy,” one of the girls said, laughing.

Brielle narrowed her eyes. It was time to interrupt. “What is this you speak of?” she asked, pressing her way into the circle of women.

“Duchess,” Christabelle gasped. The women all bowed and Brielle swallowed a frustrated huff at the protocol nonsense. “We were, well––” she stammered.

“Please. I wish to know.”

“Really…”

“Countess Mosckat, I insist.” She hated having to recur to her most imposing tone, but the countess, barely a few years older than she, allowed her no other option.

“Well, there is a young lad in town.” Christabelle flushed. “It is murmured that his––” she paused, “penis is more than adequate for those that seek pleasure.”

“The golden cock, I heard you.” She smiled and Christabelle returned the gesture.

“Yes, that is how he is known.”

“Have you tried him, Christabelle?” The woman’s pale skin turned crimson, her mouth falling open in surprise.

“I…”

“Well, I am no prude, Christabelle. You were speaking quite openly about it just now, so tell me.”
“Yes, my lady, I have tried it,” she admitted with a lick of her lips. Brielle narrowed her eyes. Was she remembering the taste of that golden cock?

“Was it good?”

Christabelle smiled, her eyes sparkling with delight as she snapped her fan open and cooled her face.

“Yes, the earl and I were very much pleased.”

There was a collective gasp as the girls in the group realized the implications of the countess’s words. The earl had also been present during her games with this famed man.

Smiling warmly at the countess, Brielle offered her hand.

“Walk with me?”

Meet My Character Blog Tour-- Margarat O'Hare, from Bear Heart, book 4 of The Witches Mischief Series #MFRomance #erotic #paranormal

Happy Monday, guys and dolls!

Today is a busy day here at the blog. On the one hand, in a few hours, a visitor will pop by. Meanwhile, I'm having some coffee (well, she's having tea), with the heroine of my upcoming release.

Who's fault is it that I've pulled Margaret from her day to day life to sit here with me? None other than my great doodling friend and awesome author,

She's written some fantastic historical novels and was here just last Friday with an exotic drink.

Now, you might be wondering why I have Margaret here with me instead of Simon, the hero of Bear Heart. The explanation is quite simple: Bear Heart is told entirely from Simon's point of view, so I've decided that it's only fair that Margaret gets to say something too. Here we go then:

Welcome Margaret to In A Dream Beyond. How are you liking this period in time?

Thank you, Elyzabeth. It is quite different from what I'm used to. The clothes, the liberties, the things that are allowed... societal codes are much less strict than in my day and age. Imagine, the other day Simon was narrating his impression on me the first time he saw me. He thought I was very carefree because I had taken off my hat and was playing in the water with Morgana. My hat. And here women wear garments that barely cover their legs.

Yes, I can imagine it's quite a change for you. Now, you mention Morgana. Can you tell us a little about her.

Maggie's eyes fill with warmth as her lips curve into a smile.

I am Morgana's governess. Though the child is more like a younger sister to me. At sixteen, she is wise beyond her years. She has a nose for mischief but she also has a heart of gold. It is a good combination for one with her gifts.

By that you mean...

She's a witch. She is the daughter of Soussanna Wiles, a powerful, centuries old witch.

Did you know this when they employed you?

Goodness, no! She laughs. I only discovered it recently.

When you met Simon.

A flush creeps across her cheeks and she nods.

Can you tell us your first impression of Simon.

I was frightened to death.

Margaret giggles.

He surprised Morgana and I at the stream and he was not particularly pleasant. Though I must admit, that even then as I feared for Morgana and my life I found that the beast had the most fascinating eyes. As Morgana stood up to him and I started crying imagining the child mauled by the beast, I saw in those depths a certain something, an intelligence that went beyond that of an ordinary animal's.

I see. How about the first time you saw him in human form. How was that?

Her vivid green eyes sparkle with playfulness as she leans into me and whispers.

Not very different.

I had twisted my ankle when he came crashing through the thicket like a wild beast. Imagine my fright at seeing that man over six feet tall, with wide shoulders, long dark hair, a heavy beard and menacing eyes appear out of nowhere. I screamed.

I raise my eyebrows in surprise as she snaps her fan open and covers her mouth. However, I can tell she's smiling  by the crinkles in the corners of her eyes.

Very well then, I might not have screamed.

If I remember correctly you held onto to him quite firmly.

Perhaps you are correct. Do you have any idea what it feels like to run your hands across that solid muscled flesh? To feel it flex and move beneath you? To press your body against it and feel every inch of hard perfection branding you through your clothes? And the scent, Elyzabeth.

Magaret fans her crimson face.

Simon's fragrance is, I'm not sure it's possible to even explain in words. It's woodsy, a bit earthy, utterly masculine. You are right, screaming in fear was the last thing on my mind the first time I set eyes on him.

From what I understand, you seduced him.

Margaret cocks her head to the side, a mischievous smile on her lips.
